Al Dirusso is the Broker in Charge of our NC & SC Territories. Al’s been in Charlotte for over 20 years, and if you know anything about NASCAR, you might already know him as the “Racers Realtor.” He managed a NASCAR team before getting his real estate license in 2012, and he still spots for a major teams when he’s not helping his agents with transactions or helping clients find home. What we love about Al is how he sees properties. Between flipping houses and managing his own rental portfolio, he’s got an eye for potential... and for trouble spots. That kind of insight matters when you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life. He’s worked every side of real estate—buyers, sellers, investors—and he’s built a network of contractors and resources that makes the whole process smoother for his clients. He’s also a certified mentor to new agents, which tells you something about how he shows up for people. When he’s not working or at the track, you’ll find him cycling, at a hockey game, or experimenting in the kitchen.
