Al’s been in Charlotte for over 20 years, and if you know anything about NASCAR, you might already know him as the “Racers Realtor.” He managed a NASCAR team before getting his real estate license in 2012, and he still spots for a major teams when he’s not helping his agents with transactions or helping clients find home. What we love about Al is how he sees properties. Between flipping houses and managing his own rental portfolio, he’s got an eye for potential... and for trouble spots.
